The site is run by DECI OSTAJE DOO, Cara Dušana 39, 11000 Belgrade, Serbia, VAT ID (PIB) 114909257, Company ID (MB) 22088939. For any question about your personal data write to marko@deciostaje.com.

The site does not track you. It sets no cookies, loads no analytics and no advertising tools, has no user accounts and no database of visitors. We do not record your visit.

The contact form on the home page stores nothing on the site. It opens your own email app and prepares a message to marko@deciostaje.com. Only what you choose to send reaches us: usually your name, company, email address and message.

We use the message you send to answer you, to prepare cooperation, to make an offer or to arrange a sample. We do not build profiles and we do not make automated decisions about you. The basis for this is your request and our interest in answering it.

Our email and hosting providers, who process data for us, and our accounting service when an invoice follows. We never sell or rent personal data, and we do not send marketing we were not asked for.

As long as needed to answer you and to keep the cooperation, and as long as the law requires us to keep business records. After that we delete it.

You can ask for access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, and you can object to further use. Write to marko@deciostaje.com and we will answer within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the supervisory authority in Serbia, the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (poverenik.rs). If you live in the European Union, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

The site is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

When we change the way the site works, we update this page. The date at the top shows the last update.
